What happens after the 14-day trial?
You drop down to the Free plan automatically. No charges, no surprises. All your data, watchlists, and journal entries are kept — you just lose access to real-time data, auto-import, and the higher AI query limits. Upgrade anytime to get them back.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create an account with email or Google and start using the platform immediately. We only ask for payment info if you decide to upgrade after the trial.
What's the difference between AI searches and AI insights?
AI searches are screener queries — "show me oversold tech near support." AI insights are AlphaDawg conversations — deeper analysis, trade ideas, GEX breakdowns, portfolio reviews. Searches are lightweight lookups; insights are full analytical responses with data cards.
How does live trading work?
We integrate with Tradier for order execution. Connect your Tradier account, and you can execute trades directly from AlphaTrak — including from trade idea cards that AlphaDawg generates. Your positions sync automatically to Portfolio.
Is the GEX / GUPS / GAPS data included in the Free plan?
Yes. Every plan gets access to the full Options Lab with GEX charts, GUPS gauge, GAPS scores, and Gamma Levels. The data that makes this platform different isn't paywalled. The Free plan just has delayed data and fewer AI queries.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time. You keep your plan through the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled too — you keep access through the end of the year.
